Susanne Puett

Susanne Puett is a Senior Change Advisor and Engagement Leader with more than 15 years of experience in enterprise change management and organizational development. Before joining Prosci, Susanne served as Director of Organizational Change Management for Crowley Maritime Company, where she managed and led strategy and deployment of enterprise-wide programs and initiatives. Today, Susanne inspires Prosci clients to build their own lasting change capabilities through guidance, coaching and skill-building.
